WHY I NO CONNECT?

I've been trying to connect to the server using the proper IP Address and what not but I keep getting disconnected because it takes to long is this a server problem or is my interwebs being a dumd?

its the 1.2 update...

you've updated to 1.2, this means that you cannot connect to the server. revert back to 1.1 and you can connect again.
