Fort Macindaw

Hey guys,
I know I am not on often, but I recently just began work on a super project I have named Fort Macindaw. It's near Bog(Forget the rest) up in the mountains. If you would Like, I will be providing housing there in the somewhat near future.
Pros:
*Read the Cons first to understand why these pros are good*
Food Provision: Free and Given Once a Week(Stack of Bread)
Tool Provision: Diamond Pick, Steel Spade and Axe(Pick every other week, steel once)
Mob Free: Lighted Well and Provides Torches on Demand
Internal Jobs: You get paid for Macindaw Duties(Check given per job completed, work is steady, but not always of equal pay)
Item Shop: Any item can be traded among members/government
Cons:
Taxes: We will ask for a Monthly Tax to keep revenues up.

Part 2:
This may be a while before this all comes into an actual thing. Yes the building is underway, but the actual Government may take a while. I will be asking to meet with some of the Mods/Admins to discuss some partial deals to make with them about this project. So lots of things will need to take place before things actually happen.

This is my dream, this will probably happen by middle May if all goes right.

We will discuss this more, right now there is still developments towards separate governments. I approve of these different governments, but this draws the problem that you need to interlink with another town (being that your town is a minor town, not a major town). talk to some of the town owners, I would be glad to create a government for penny lane (my town).

For me it isn't a town. It is more of just a VIP Club.
